Sensational cultural immersive interior!! A combo of middle eastern grilled foods and south Asian food. Some items are over the top and some average—- overall it’s a great place. We ordered the mixed grill and it was more than enough for 2. It came with a side of garlic dip, tahini sauce and excellent hummus/baba ghannoush with fresh bread. We also ordered grape leaves (ok but not great: 8 pieces in order) Prices range between average and slightly above average. Main courses have generous portions. For those with nut or pistachio allergies, please be cautious as middle eastern meals (including rice) include almonds at time pine nuts and pistachio.
Great ambience. Kebabs were awesome especially the fillet mignon grill.
Good food! Fish is good, chicken is good, drinks are good. MashaAllah. Love the theme/decoration - it made me feel like I was in an entirely other place. Awesome place to go to with family. Service was really fast as well!
I haven’t eaten more than a few bites of my food and I had to come write a review, this place is amazing. Some of the best Arab food I’ve had in years (and I’ve lived in the Middle East). From the moment we walked in everyone was kind and welcoming, they were generous in treating us to extra goodies since it was our first time visiting, true to Muslim hospitality. I love it here and think everyone visiting Chicago should make the trip out.
Food is superb here. Ordered the usual butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and mixed girl which were great as usual. But tried the Oozi today. It is absolutely the best. The meat was so tender. The aroma of spices is indicative of the high quality. Definitely the best places in the Chicagoland area.
I am thoroughly impressed at our first visit to this restaurant. It's really two restaurants and a cafe in one. Truly exceptional! The waiter was the best ever. He was so attentive and available to suggest dishes we had never tried before. I wish the photos did justice to the spectacular experience that is the food! Everything was made with such care and regard. From the fresh baked bread, the free coffee samples, the entrees and the dessert we were utterly blown away. There is richness in every single dish. Our compliments to the chef, who truly is a master along with the entire staff. This is my new favorite spot for dinner. We are blown away.
Wow! Beautiful place. We had the best waiter on the planet. Everyone was super welcoming. The food was terrific. We all had the buffet and appreciated how everything was labeled.
Amazing experience. Went to celebrate my birthday and I do not regret it one bit. Food feels like home gourmet. The service was amazing! Had a good fun time.
